This original score composed by Fritz Myers featuring Andie Springer (violin), Alex Weston (piano), Mariel Murphy (Soprano) helps set the tone for the break-out indie hit called "(A)n instant holiday season counterclassic" by Richard Brody of the New Yorker and "...what might happen if Lars von Trier directed Love, Actually." by Bilge Ebiri of New York Magazine.
After an unexpected tragedy, Suzanne struggles to put her life back together during a sad, strange Christmastime in suburban Virginia. This drama is equal parts comedy and sadness as Suzanne befriends her husband's stripper mistress, overshops online, becomes sexually adventurous, and shoplifts while trying to regain her recently lost stability.
The score is a melancholy reflection on the holiday season featuring bitter-sweet melodies, intimate performances and two new Christmas songs Alone Again on Christmas (performed by Fritz Myers) and Ride, Ride Rudolph! (performed by Ariel Kavoussi) both featuring lyrics by director Zach Clark.
